Hard Money Lending

Hard money loans are a fast way of getting money when a business opportunity arises. Unlike traditional lenders, hard money lenders use private investors’ money to fund a deal. Usually a hard money lender can underwrite a deal within a couple of days to a week versus a traditional lender which could take, on average, several weeks or months. Loan Program

The collateral for the loans consist of the subject property and are secured by a first deed of trust. Borrowers obtaining our services are looking to purchase, develop or re-finance real property.
